Did Stewart Act Intentionally?

The way it looked to me was the 14 car came into turn 1 with the man in the 13 car out of his car and making jesters to the 14 car. At that point the man in the 13 car was truly in the way of traffic and should not have been out of his car, but he was. Now the question is did the man in the 13 car get into the line of traffic of the 14 car ? I think what may have happened was the 13 car man got way to close to the 14 car's line of traffic. At the same time the 14 car is going by and gases up on the car to just shoot by him, and was probably saying yea and fuck you to pal, and spray a little mud on the 13 car man. Possibly when the 14 car hit the gas he wasn't ready for the car to jump to the outside the way it did. Therefor the right rear tire collected him and before you new it shit is starting to happen. That is what it looks to me. Now here's the question in doing this was it intensional or not ? I feel if this is what really went on than I feel it was a miss judgment on both of there calls, and hears why. The 13 car man did not plan on this to go on before the race even start, neither did the 14 car man ever think some thing like this would go on either. But when it happened they both reacted in a manner that they lost composer of what was really going on here. The 13 car man I feel over reacted on his part by getting out of the car and putting himself in danger, because at that point the cars are still traveling sum 40 to 50 mph. witch is normal on a half mile track. On the other hand I feel the 14 car man was not going to let this man" the 13 car" get the best of him by yelling and waving his arms and flipping the finger at him " the 14 car ". When the 14 car man came into turn 1 and he see's all this action going on, I feel the 14 car man hit the gas not to run the 13 car man over but to just shoot by the 13 car man and spray the 13 car man with some dirt and probably giving his the 14 car man own jester like fuck you to as he goes by. But that did not happened. What I feel went wrong was the 14 car man did not expect his car to jump to the outside the way it did. Therefor when the 14 car man jumped to the outside it colleted the 13 car man standing on the track where he should not have been and pulled the 13 car man under the 14 car man witch was a tragic thing to go on. Now who is at fault ? This is wear it can get tuff. Because a man is left dead. You have to take the name of Tony Stewart out of this factor, and here's why. We all know that Tony Stewart is a big time nascar driver. But he was not driving a stock car here, he was in a sprint car and on dirt. His nascar career has never ran a race on dirt so there for you must put these two men on equal playing fields. Therefore that is the reason I never said either of there names in my article. The two a equal, I don't want to hear well Tony should have known better than this, well so should have the other guy also but they did not act in this way. There equal and that's the way you have to judge this matter. Now the question was who's at fault here. This is how I feel. And it doesn't matter to anyone how I feel about this tragic accident that happened. But I'm going to give you my honest opinion. I've been in these kind of situation my self only no one left dead. The 13 car man should have never gotten out of his car the way he did, mad, no thinking straight, and putting himself into danger as a racecar driver. The 14 car man should have been thinking straight and should have driven way down below the 13 car man instead of right up next to the 13 car man. This a accident that should have never happened at all. They both were at fault. One just as much as the other. I feel that they both reacted in a matter that they both lost there composer and did a very stupid thing. I'm sure that the 14 car man will never let some thing like this happened again to him. And sorry to the 13 car man he's dead. Its a accident.
