    I don't know why you're giving Mayor Becker the credit for this, didn't David Everitt say that it was his office setting up the sting operations and dishing out more than 115 citations? That's the Mayor's legacy --- parking enforcement and bike lanes. The credit goes to Uber and Lyft for bringing a new, much improved service to the City and surrounding areas and putting cab companies feet to the fire. Lord knows they have skated with service minimums for far too long. Becker's just capitalizing on the publicity.
