Does a business owner have the right to deny a person service because of their race, gender or sexual orientation?

I think a place can do this as long as they post a sign in their store listing who they don't want inside. Therefore you know in advance not to even bother going to this place. To make it more convenient, maybe Oklahoma could set up a website you could look at in advance so you have a list of places that you know don't like you. I rainbow flag with an X across it could be the universal sign saying we don't want you. As a gay person I would not want to give any of theses places money anyway, so i clearly want to know who they are.

I think the law should be amended to require each of these Christian establishments to post a sign in a front window indicating which group or groups it will not serve. Maybe they can dust off their old "No Coloreds" signs?

The question itself is biased when dealing with this issue. It's not an issue of orientation but an issue of religious values and beliefs. I don't agree with evzones beliefs but I don't force my beliefs on them. There are plenty other cake shops out there. Marriage is a religious term and practice. Unions are a civil term and right.
