Do you think Kakashi should keep the Sharingan Obito gave him?
Yes. He's known as Kakashi of the Sharingan and became famous because of his ability to copy thousands of enemy jutsu. It would be wrong for him to suddenly lose the very power that made him so renonwed.
No. Although the Sharingan is needed for this fight, I think it's time that Kakashi stopped relying on those eyes and started coming to terms with and develping his own inherent capabilities.
