What a waste of money, the traffic during the game day was horrible, this park will not have much of a chance it will not survived. There was not any hearings on why we should have a park there. The people never got a chance to even vote or discuss the park. If there was a vote it would have been turned down
The resident in the area surley did no t want the park

Gee thanks Utica officials, thanks for shoving this down our throats, thanks for asking us, thanks for bringing a better gridlock to traffic that's already gridlocked, thanks for asking us , thanks for taking a poll on this ,
I am a resident of Utica, if I wanted to live next door to a ball field I would have bought there instead of where I live .. did you even ask us ? NO you did not
I really want to know why this was a secret? how come this was not done like it should have been done? .. like asking the people?
Jackie Noonan, last time I read about you , you were not going to run for mayor again , so why would you leave us with this white elephant , and Mark hackel, dont you think things through\? Obviously you dont , I would have thought that the open fields and Interstate close to M-59 and I-94 would have been the hands down no brainer for this Ball park .. cant wait to see whats going to happen after the novelty has wore off and we are stuck with the burden of having this torn down because the infrastructure wasn't thought out properly and the Clinton river gets more polluted then it is now. thanks for taking that quite neighbor hood
    away from us .
I look 7 miles to the west and see a destroyed silverdome and the area that's around it , do I want this neighbor hood looking like that ? no I don't
I can bet that there's going to be another stand off just like Freedom hill Mr Mark Hackel on who gets their fair share for parking and concessions and security ( sheriffs office?), and it will be closed until further notice, and by that time it will be in ruin and vandalized beyond repair, then who is going to pay for all that ?
Other then the local bars / businees's who's owners do not live in Utica or Shelby Twp, who is this going to help?
I do know my property value will go down to an even lower value then it i is right now. so I guess I should list my house now before my property value goes to an even lower all time low .
