I would like to meet these black people who don't speak against black on black crime. I do not know even one.

The people who invoke "black on black crime" ONLY when a white person is involved has 0 credibility to me in times like this. When offered up, it seems like nothing but a justification for why it's okay for a white person to kill one of you, when y'all do it too. How about we talk about criminal on non-criminal crime! And from all the accounts and facts that we currently have, Darren Wilson at some point, stopped being a cop, and became a criminal. And no amount of "black on black crime" can absolve him from that.

Damn Karen won't even give brother Cole a break when he speaking from the gut. I was about to be all in my feelings with that song but I could hear Karen's grim ice through the speaker. Smh. Also, who don't know to stay off Facebook if you leading a quadruple life. FB suggested I friend my former boss' middle schooler. I made a point to never friend her on ANY social platform. And I've heard her tell her closet colleagues that she doesn't mix her fb friends with work friends. Of course he was gon' get caught. And if I recall correctly he's not the first to get caught with an extra wife on Facebook. Get well soon Rod. Stay sweet Kay.

Dang it, I can't stop with these comments!
Ok, but really quick though- Rod about what you said about how important it is for cops to be connected to the community and how much harder it is to shoot/tear gas/ be brutal to someone who you know- it really does seem like that at the time I'm writing this comment that the police are outright choosing the least humane option. From the police officer's point of view is any of this "worth" it? Like, really, is the economy that bad these days that you have to violate civil rights for a paycheck?

On some superhero/comic book/ movie shit, "You always have a choice". The people of Ferguson are choosing to protest, and the police are choosing to oppose them violently.

    Ok I'm done.

Rod, this is why I listen to your podcast. Your selection of hot button issues that no one addresses is why I listen to the show. Your coverage of the anti- gay GOP candidate, whose wife left him for ANOTHER WOMAN hits at one of the core American issues of the century. You see, the real reason we can't have LBGTQ rights is because that THEY are COMPETITION! That's right. No one wants to talk about it, you see. Errbody wants to keep it hush-hush. But WE see what time it is! You just let one of them get rights and they're out to get yo woman or yo man!

Lol. Just kidding, thank you so much for the shows and the jokes Karen and Rod. It's really helping me get through what's happening in Ferguson. You guys are right, too much social media combined with mainstream BS can really poison your mind.

    Stay strong folks!
