    could you imagine the audience reaction if Katy performs though? singing lyrics like "do u ever feel like a plastic bag"? she will suck so badly! she'll have her tits out to make the male audience actually stay tuned probably.     Katy is now considered to have the show of the year - and she has the greatest potential by far to put on the best show for the Super Bowl, too. She has, meanwhile become a performer who is better on a stage than on a studio album, not the other way round like so many people still seem to think. Nobody could do the occasion justice like Katy nowadays could.

    If I had to choose one I would pick coldplay because Katy Perry and rihanna both suck. I would love to see someone sing a true patriot song like Made in America by Toby Keith or a good football song like The Boys of Fall by Kenny Chesney. I feel that the half time show should be mixed up from year to year with different kinds of music that is still right for all ages. I don't care what happens cause I'll just muted it and get more hot wings if they suck no matter what, but I know other people besides me are getting tired of a bunch crappy pop songs playing at the break of the biggest game in America. To sum it up for you, just "Play Something Country" (song by Brooks & Dunn).

    Okay, y'all can't really compare Rihanna's and Katy Perry's preforming styles since they're so similar. Both have shaky vocals at time and both don't really dance at all during concerts (if they do it's mediocre). The main difference is how the stage is set up. It's not like one is bigger than the other either. I feel that both would have lukewarm performances. But I guess Rihanna is the best choice since her music is more adult than Katy Perry's

    Coldplay all the way!!! Katy perry and rihanna are talented singers. But coldplay is the best choice, factoring im that you can always count on a great show, there won't be any songs about bad stuff/inappropriate, and it's just all together better. Think people!!

    ACDC and their new album coming out early Decemeber 2014 is the only moral choice for the 2015 Superbowl Half time event. With their replacement guitar player in place, the proper tribute to Malcom is the only Proper choice. Every stadium plays their music and with Malcom out indefinately, the only right thing to do is bring Malcom to the superbowl and dedicate that halftime show to him and his band.

    As you probably have observed by the comment name, I would absolutely love it if Taylor Swift performed at Super Bowl 2015. Not that I'm into football or anything but I've been a "swiftie" for as long as I can remember and despite what people may say about her, I think she has more talent than Rihanna and Katy Perry combined. I mean, she is an amazing song writer and she has a style that is all her own. Now, I love the fact that Coldplay is nominated because they are extremely talented, but it would be a dream come true for Taylor Swift to perform.

    Ummm... the only person on this list that can give a performance of a lifetime is RIHANNA! Don't get me wrong though, cold play is great and all but they can't perform halftime at the Superbowl !! That would put me to sleep....     Number 1 most of you guys need a dictionary and a grammar class because you guys cant talk right at all.! Number two Katy Perry can sing live and she doesn't lip sync either.
    Tell me why Katy Perrys tours are always sold out! Because people love her, she had five number one singles from teenage dream and three from prism. I don't recall rihanna having any, I'm not hating on rihanna, i just think katy perry is a suitable choice for the superbowl. Because you want the performance semi appropiate considering theres gonna be kids at the game/ watching it on tv.

    Coldplay would be awesome!!! They could perform A Sky Full of Stars, every teardrop is a waterfall, and many other songs to please the crowd that believes they will sound "dull". She deserves everything in this world for how much she has worked over the 9 years to get where she is now.I am not saying the other artist didn't work hard but Rihanna is just a poor island girl who managed to have this succes only because of her voice and personality.
