Do you think Rosberg should be penalized for crashing at Hamilton's car in Belgian Grand Prix?

In the chase for a short lived glory of a world championship against his name, Nico has clearly demonstrated now that he will do whatever it takes to deny the fair winner of each race a chance at the title by unfair means.

Also FIA should review their decision for not penalizing Nico as this is a conflict of interest and passing on the buck so to speak for individual teams to resolve internal rivalry. A contravention of the racing rules has been clearly established and FIA as the compliance and enforcement agency entrusted with the authority to uphold in fairness the rules put in place by themselves are being negligent in their duties casting further doubt on the fairness and effectiveness of this regulatory body.

Nico should be stripped of his second place finish and points awarded to him for this finish should be eliminated to the standing prior to this race to reflect the correct standing in the points list to determine the eventual year end world champion.

Ego is a personal trait that individuals have control over, death does not determine greatness or failure, history records winners (unfortunately fair or unfair).
