What have you done/ feel about getting twins' ears pierced as babies?

I don't think twins nor singletons should be pierced that young.

I think it is OK for singletons, but I would be nervous with twins and would wait on it.

I think it is fine, and would/ have pierce or pierced my own set of twins.

I don't think it's fine and would not pierce or have not pierced my twins as newborns/ infants.
