I'd rather eat Wes Anderson's right shoe while watching MOONRISE KINGDOM with Zooey Deschanel commentary than watch GOD HELP THE GIRL...and I like Belle And Sebastien.
Noah would definitely make for an interesting discussion. Definitely my least favorite Aronofsky film (aside from The Fountain, which doesn't exist) but I enjoyed it and recommended it to other "not exactly religious" friends. He rightly treated the Bible as a fantasy story, and brought some seriously interesting visuals (cutting to shots above the Earth etc), as well as some philosophical seriousness and eventually some classic D.A. intensity to the party. Noah as anti-hero?
