I find both of these designs indifferent and let the citizens of Windsor down in that indifference. They also look like very expensive buildings to heat. I would recommend that city hall expansion be for the time being only into the unoccupied floors of the Chrysler building, unfortunately, another example of indifferent architecture that was accomplished by not building the full skyscraper expected at that location but only building half of it. Do not build either of these designs. Expand into the Chrysler, I would recommend.
