The Court is WAY off on this. It's reach is ridiculous and this sets a dangerous precedent for communication going forward.

Well...I don't know. It seems pretty clear that NOTHING should be visible through the envelope window. It's unfortunate for Convergent, but a valuable lesson for all of us.
