Wont go in a room if spider is there whatever the size. Husband has to go and rescue it and put it outside. Wouldnt kill it. Fear i guess from being bitten by a small spider in the gsrden when i was a kid,

As a former garden wildlife advisor and volunteer for the Kent Wildlife Trust I respect ALL creatures great and small So much so even my shed and greenhouse are full of spider's webs !!!!!!
I did receive a 'Silver' award for my wildlife garden and was informed I only just missed the 'Gold' owing to the fact my wildlife pond was not completed at the time (which I'm still in the process of doing, owing to some problems that have since arisen.)
So no, one should leave the spiders alone as all creatures have their job to do!
