That "judge" should be in the same cell with him! He should have been charged with more than rape in the first place. He didn't kill her physically but his actions still caused her death!

Anyone who rapes or harms a minor, especially if they've been trusted with their care, should have to spend the rest of their lives behind bars or better yet, be subjected to the death penalty.
