If you live anywhere in or near the area, you know the issues, and the real issues are about safety, not convience. The Sun City traffic is not always "observant", to put it politely. I run in the mornings, and I have to really pay attention as sometimes the cars cutting through the neighborhood dont see me at all, because I am not another car. There have been two close calls I know of, one involving a bicycle and another a child walking, with both having to dive out of the way of traffic that clearly was not aware they were there. I just hope this street is closed to through traffic before somone is seriously injured or killed, because that would be a very expensive mess for the county since they are well known issues that have been discussed at numerous city council and county meetings.
