I think it would be fine for anyone with a license, i feel they should be required to have a spedo and go the speed limit though.

I think it would be a good idea for driver license only.

Tina I think you might be the only one to not know an ORV is an off road vehicle first of all, and secondly my view would be for anyone having a valid license. I think in drivers ed it teaches a lot of responsibility that a younger kids or someone that hasn't went thru drivers ed needs to know the dangers of handling a vehicle, even one that's not an automobile

Having my restaurant in Lyons, Ohio, there isnt a day in the summer (nice spring and fall days as well) that there isnt multiple golf carts passing by. I have never seen anyone reckless or disrespectful. They dont bother anyone. Wealso have a place up north in St. Helen and numerous ORV's travel all through the town. Again, they never bother anyone. Not sure why anyone has a problem with them or prefers them to stay on side streets? I would think not allowing them would cause more of the problems of yards being town up from people trying to sneak around town in them.

Off road vehicle. Maybe the city can offer a morenci only orv sticker to generate some revenue. It would be handy for golf carts snowmobiles etc.
