NO...Governor visits China and now he is pushing for early childhood development very hard, it will not work in USA..let's leave early childhood development in the hands of the parents....government regulates too much as is....funding may work for first couple years then I foresee funding being cut and small schools will be hit the hardest then MORE Levy's will burden the taxpayer....teachers will need to learn how to change diapers..
Why not start schooling infants at 6 months of age. Why wait till they are 4 years old to take them away from the parents who should be doing the teaching.
