What kind of Singapore do you want to see in the next 5 years?
More power to the people: More transparency and accountability from the government and civil service. Bring on a new way led by trust and transparency.
Our country is doing very well, better than many countries. May be minor tweaks in policies will make a better country but we are on track.
A balance is needed: welfare and economic prosperity on equal footing. Reduce the income gap, make minimum salary mandatory. Government must gain more trust in the people.
Focus on Welfare: A socially conscious and gracious society where residents live in harmony. Economic prosperity can be secondary as we have quite alot of infrastructure for that.
Economic Prosperity is key to national progression. Without it or a lack of focus brings desperation, lesser welfare and more pain. We have to constantly fight for survival.
