It's a good idea to take a poll, but a poll is only useful if (in addition to being a random sample), the number of respondents is provided. It would also be good to know what's in that $225+ category. Are some doctors charging over $1000? $2000? This poll wouldn't capture that. Geography is also highly relevant....
