I am 53 years old and the Democrats and Independent have been running the state of Maine I don't think they have done a very good job, no more shoes, no more shirts, no more fish, now paper mills how much more can they mess up ? We have in the house a Republican and has done more good in the past 4 years then the other governors in the past 53 years, think about that one !

There are lots of jobs out there. They just have to want to get off welfare.

Unless this state can generate jobs to take the place of the monthly money people in Welfare transition are surviving on it will not appear as assisting them. It appears as if this wasn't a well thought out plan. What is going to happen when people get off of the State and there aren't any jobs to sustain them? What then?
