The City and Travis County governments have NOT put any effort into securing blue collar jobs in Austin. Not everyone graduating these days go to or have to go to college. College degrees have been overrated. Austin and Travis county needs to recruit blue collar manufacturing jobs. Enough of the high tech jobs that only create morbid video games.
