I hope the NFL gets saddled with a Benzino Halftime show if it's pay to play down the road. As for Katy Perry this year, my friend's father-in-law, a middle aged Italian man from New Jersey was cursing Madonna's name for having the nerve to perform in the middle of his football game, and Katy Perry is no Madonna. Ultimately I rarely pay all that much attention to the halftime show. I mean for Prince and Beyonce I had to pay all of the attention, but this year I can comfortably take a bathroom break or refill my plate with the customary garbage food associated with this the holiest of holidays without the fear of missing something legendary. So thanks NFL and Katy Perry, I guess.

The performance is going to be wack because she doesn't have the overall talent to make this work. She's a pop artist that doesn't dance or play any instruments on stage. She has to have a circus behind her to be interesting. Her voice is pretty good but her style of music will turn a lot of people off. Bruno Mars played some soul and some funk. Everybody can get down with that. Beyonce was pop on her performance too but she was flat out getting with her dance moves. Also she will not get her usual set because it would take too long to put up and take down for a halftime performance. But she does have a long time to get her act together so there is a chance that it can be good. Good enough to get in the good graces of black women? No, but good enough to not get compared to The Who. Also, is this the year the NFL is charging for the halftime show?
You should have had a "I don't give a fuck" option, that one more closely has my feelings.
