My interpretation of 3rd and 4th option as follows:-
3rd option - with chance for 2 more systems we will be able to get maximum 850 mm only total this NEM.
4th option - we are likely to get more than two systems. It is easy to achieve minimum 900 mm and the maximum could be around 1000 mm to 1100 mm.

The 3rd option is not fine, if there is a chance for 2 more systems, probably we can expect around 400mm, so 4th one is fine
