Whereas, generics do have a plausible momentum with respect to innate characteristics, however, that medium or the relative psychology thereby is not the issue at hand. We would be remiss in not assuring due diligence in regards to specifics “this” conundrum: A Cold Case: the alleged victims, notwithstanding: what is wrong with this picture “My dad: Serial Rapist -- User Friendly!” “Are we talking about North America?” “Seriously…?” In the 60’s and 70’s, America had just recently assassinated a White President JFK one of their own just for sympathizing with Blacks. Back in the day these White women knew that all they had to do to get a Black man literally hung were only to say that a [nig] down the street was watching her. Whatever Black man had the misfortune of having traversed that street … he was in the wrong place at the wrong time; he would have been a dead man walking BWTIA (“Black While Trespassing In America”) as simple as that. It would not have been a matter of belief or whether or not if he were the would-be assailant in question: doctor, lawyer, teacher, student or pimp the Sheriff’s friend’s neighbor’s daughter just said that she was accosted by some uppity [nig] that did not know his place. I can assure you that a makeshift cross, sheets and pillowcases was on the move. In this present day saga however, it is a Hollywood coup d’etat (“blackballing by proxy”): “to exclude someone from a group or profession”: otherwise, all of the Industry’s cancellations of the COSBY Itinerary would be a rush to judgment. A travesty in either scenario (“a distorted or debased version of something”): one cannot ever un-ring a bell. Nonetheless, to seal the deal would require one of his own to point a finger but it wasn’t working with Symone giving fruition to the real ploy a psychic -- the best for last: “Knowing the drink were surreptitiously loaded (‘spiked’) thusly, not drinking it…" Why she did not exercise even more prudence at “that point” and “leave”? Instead she waited around to be chastised and ultimately dismissed.” What was the reason she, such suspecting self-respectable woman would wait around for whatever, certainly not the oil treatment episode? For all of these ladies and I use the term loosely, to say no one would have believed them is so clichéd: “PLEASE.” With exception of the Black person, the judicial system is White owned it is their franchise, thus, self-serving; by their folks, they would have taken out MR. COSBY like GRANT took Richmond…

I believe these women are wrong and are only after MONEY. Mr. Bill Crosby is a wonderful man and I know that a lot of people do not agree what he has to say.

Yes he broke many barriers & open many doors. I was his # fan, but tell me your not one of those stars that get pulled over by the police & scream "do you know who I am"? This has been rumored for many years, & now they're coming out now. It's called the battered woman syndrome. Read about that. It doesn't just happen to white girls!

Could Jill Scott be "Philadelphia Homer Blind" when it comes to Bill Cosby? I would expect an intelligent, talented woman who promotes black dignity to be more discerning. Anyone supporting Cosby at this point probably isn't following the situation closely or doesn't distinguish between media image and real-life reality.

But all Bill did was read scripts. Anybody can do that, just like white boys like Gosden and Correll did Amos n Andy. That's like saying the construction workers who built MLK's pulpit and pews are the architects of the civil rights movement. They coulda got OJ to play the same part and he d be Jesus too

To wait this length of time brings great pause. We are hearing from women who's main goal at this point in their lives were to become famous, whether it be modelling or acting or both. One woman stated she had gone "over" to his house on more than one occassion!!! Really! You can't very well have me convinced that your motive was anything thing angelic. I am NOT condoning rape at all!! I feel if someone is "guilty" and its the whole truth and nothing but the truth.........They should be punished swiftly and severely!!! No questions asked!!! But, this is a case of a bunch of women who have waited a very long-long time to report this. Why wasnt it reported when it happened.....Everytime it happened???? No, this is going to be hard to believe.

I got news for you Sian we're all flawed and it takes two to have an affair, that's not rape. But it does sound like consensual sex between two adults. You're right, I dont defend the ulterior motives and lies of people trying to get want they want by laying diwn on the casting couch/bed/hotel room. By the way these women kept having sex and affairs with cosby and receiving money for their sexual talents. How is that rape???? These bitchez sound scandulous.

  • Cherita Patterson - 9 years ago

Lets face it, these women were the kind that laid on their backs to get $$$ from rich men who were famous so that their lazy asses could be kept and spoiled, now play your role hoes, oh wait a minute-they too dam old. Well I guess we better take it to the MEDIA AND GET PAID AND THEN TRY THIS LIE IN CIVIL COURT!!! WRONG, STAND UP AND TAKE A BOW BITCH ANDTHEN SIT YO DUNB ASS DOWN. THATS ALL THE ACTING YOU GET!!!!!!! DAM TROLLS!!!

Absolutely right in this case, Im not willing to falsely accuse someone of such a serious and devasting crime without the benefit of any evidence, which you need for this type of crime. It amazes me of the length and brevity that some women take all in the name of getting what they want money and fame. I believe these women couldnt report it as rape because how do yiu explain going back and sleeping with your rapist over and over sgain? You couldnt make grandma believe that lie, let alone a jury. Lets call this what we've always known it to be prostitution. You know sexual favors for money or lets say possible roles in a movie or tv sitcom. Now lets see: they received money and he received sex, which = a whorish transaction.

How could a black man famous or imotherwise rape this many white women during the 60's and not atleast get a visit from your neighborhood Kkk, let alone escape prison or death? I know-it didnt happen, it didnt happen!.

Everybody is assumed innocent until proven guilty, that is unless you see them commit the act. What these women have done is put a statement out in the media and we all know the media is looking for the next hot topic to bring attention to them which mean more money. How in the world could bill Cosby, a black man rape all these women, especially white women and not already be in jail or killed by a vigilante group like the Klu Klux Klan or some other good old boys group? Secondly, if these women were raped why would they keep going back and many if not all asked for or received money, so that sounds to me as a form of prostitution or flavors while hoping to make it big in return. Now after 40 or 50 years they are either broke or nearly broke and seeking monetary rewards while ruining Bill Cosby's career and life.

  • Ann Gray - 9 years ago

We do not know what the facts are. Everyone is suppose to be innocent until proven guilty.
Just because someone says something did or didn't happen doesn't make it so.

I'm not a fan of bill Cosby, because his once trying to chastise the show (In living colors) for their humor concerning black people when he in fact still benefit from those little ugly black kids living in a junkyard, however ten plus women (mostly white),not one claims an affair or wild night of sex and drugs with a celebrity..only God knows.

I am appalled. If you are a woman, and you have heard the facts and his lies over the yrs about his affairs, his supposed daughter, the woman he finally settled the lawsuit over, he denied that too, and the polygraphs and the other testimonies, and his ex employees and money orders paid, it shows absolute conclusive evidence this man has a serious problem, and regardless of how much we live his body of work, he's a flawed man. And a criminal and women have been violated and abused and they were trusted in his care and supposedly mentored, one was 17. You cannot defend that. Ever.

I understand and support her argument; but what should we say to all the "witnesses" who claim to have been victimized? Her statement re: substantiated proof is right, and is valid by law. So then, with so many "eye witnesses" in the Darren Wilson grand jury 'testimonies' this rule of law should have yielded a different outcome. right? I simply have a problem with completely dismissing so many "witnesses/claimants" who are said to have the same experiences. I love what Mr. Cosby has given to this world and specifically our community, but the time has come for those of us who feel it our place/role as black women to stop shielding our men from accountability. I love the professional legacy of Bill Cosby, and in my eyes that will never be changed. We as people American, Black and otherwise have to STOP making public icons into private gods. There is a way to honor the work without setting ourselves up for disappointment in human fallacies. We have to finally realize that what we see in public is NOT necessarily the real world reality of this person we enjoy. HOLLYWOOD IS NOT OUR HOOD. We make them into something they never signed up to be, demand more of them then they wanted to give, then hang them for being who they became under the pressure of privilege and celebrity. How they manage privately their stardom is entirely who they chose to be. Allow this man and his family to deal with it, and move on in your own lives. please.
