The successful franchises (Patriots, Steelers, Giants, Packers) don't fire their head coaches during an off year. Coach Smith is the best thing that has ever happened to this franchise. His players love and believe in him. So we fire him. We bring someone in and we start all over again. Two years later we fire that coach. This is the way the Falcons have done things since day one. Where has this gotten us?
Mr Blank, please don't fire Coach Smith. He will make us proud one day.

With all of the serious injuries the past two years and his prior success, Smitty deserves another year.
