Do you feel that patients hear the full message when you are communicating something difficult?
Yes, I take my time to explain the issues with them and they ask questions and I feel they understand everything completely.
No, not at first, but after a few meetings and conversations I do feel they understand the complete picture.
It's hard to really know if a patient understands everything that I am communication.
No, I don't think patients can ever really understand everything that's being explained.
