Do you think fireworks should be legal in unincorporated Harris County?

Fireworks are a safety hazard and also noisy and disruptive. On every 4th of July and New Year's Eve, the people in my neighborhood start with the fireworks early in the afternoon and usually go until 4am and then they continue for a couple of weeks after the holiday is over. There are a lot of trees and the houses are close together. I'm afraid to even walk outside while they are going off not to mention how afraid I am of my house catching on fire--it is literally like a war zone. Seriously, I'm not exaggerating. The morning after I always find a lot of plastic rockets in my yard and if I walk down the street, the street is full of paper garbage from the fireworks. The schools can find another way to raise money. If organizations want to have public displays then they should do it in large parking lots---leave it to the experts. I do wish the laws would change.
