The intersection of Slaughter and Mopac needs to be fixed now. These studies take too long. A quick way to fix it now would be to simply change the light timing. As it is now the light favors Slaughter and at most 6 cars get through going to Mopac north. It's even worse at rush hour. I have already called Texdot to complain and nothing has been done about it.
