Definitely YES. People should know to have respect for other living things and obviously some of them don't..So there needs to be harsher punishments for acting this way. Hit them where it hurts, take their licenses away from them and multiple citations should get their licenses removed permanently.

FWP has enough laws regarding unlawful acts and should quit wasting the legislatures time. FWP needs to regulate themselves against ticketing 70 year olds for not cutting out their tags fast enough. Saw that article in the Billings Gazette but it never made the Tribune.

This is disgusting. Absolutley no one should be allowed to do this. Hunting should be done out of necessity, not for sport. And it should be done with a respect for nature. What some of us need to realize is that animals are here with us, not for us.

And it should also be strictly enforced against outfitters and land owners trying to keep the herd on private property for their clients benefit. Nobody (With the exception of F&G for tagging and collaring) should be allowed to do this.
