Do you think it's silly to send wishes when you know they will never be received?
Yes. It's a waste of time and bandwidth. It's pointless.
I don't know. I've done it and never really thought about it.
No. It makes me feel more connected to a person, whether it is to send birthday wishes or condolences when they die.
