Do you apply foundation or eye makeup first?
Always eye makeup - otherwise I spend all day picking bits of eye shadow from my cheeks..
Foundation fo' sho'! I like to have my blank canvas ready to go.
I have never thought about it - whatever I pick up first goes on first!
