Does this look like a legitimate (legal) endorsement?

No - it is a Steve Nagy robo-signer stamp and the hole punch marks and copier lines do not match up for the stamp to be on the back of the last page.

Yes - everything that Steve Nagy stamped is legal.

Maybe - but the Pacman hole punch should be on the right side of the document to have been on the back side of the last page.
