My experience was horrific. I had a very deep depression. When I found out that my oldest child had developed schizophrenia. Instead of helping my immediate supervisor when I cried demonstrated no emotion what so ever. Instead she decided to go after me. My daughter who works for the same place in the same department just got fired. No they don't understand. Instead of noticing that my daughter had changed and wasn't well they opened a file and started harassing her. It went on for years. She then came to work in another department and her immediate supervisor looked for every excuse to go after her. She even got a one day suspension for saying that she felt she was in a concentration camp. They gave this supervisor a promotion. What can I say. I'm still here but I have no choice. I have 4 years left to go
