When do you prescribe Tamiflu for hospitalized children?

All children with confirmed or suspected influenza (regardless of time since onset)

Children with confirmed or suspected influenza within the first 48 hours of illness

only children considered high-risk for complications of influenza

based on the data, I do not think the benefits of Tamiflu outweigh the risks of side-effects, so rarely prescribe it for any patients
