I am hoping I will get a long term sub position which is the result of a full time art educator retiring. Unfortunately someone else on staff who is losing hours will pick up a portion of the classes and I would recieve the rest. Not really sure how part time teachers work, especially when schedules cannot be changed and one has a prep period between each class. Any advice on how to cope?
