Yes. He's a great driver and currently has no charges against him.

I'm not sure. Although he has no charges against him, he brings a lot of baggage with him. It may not be worth the negative backlash.

No. Regardless of the fact he has no charges against him; he is guilty in the court of public opinion. This is just the latest Kurt Busch incident. He's a bad guy and it's not worth the negative publicity.
