Sr.citizens rarely pay hosing loan.So Rs200000/- & interest on housing loan is irrelevent.

Good budget. It's for all section of society.
In present time when the Bank deposit rates going down , non pensioner should be given relief by giving different slab for them so that till rupee 6 lakh / yearly taxable earning they need not pay any tax.
Their survival is solely on interest on bank deposit.

The limit for senior citizens should have been increased by at least Rs. 50,000/- more.national pension scheme offer and conveyance allowance doesn't make any difference to us as we are not working. Senior citizens should have been given more benefits.
