It IS very much a health issue. Why would you not want to vaccinate you child? Why would you play with your childs health and welfare? Why would you not want to be the best parent possible?

Not a public health issue.
If those parents that don't want to chance their children ending up with autism by not vaccinating, they have that choice.
Why are those that vaccinate their children so worried about other children if theirs are vaccinated?

it's a public health issue, for the good of the entire community. these younger parents pushing this dangerous silliness have not seen the ravages of diseases before vaccines. if they don't want to protect the community, they need to remove themselves from it.
