I did not think that this would pan out to be anything. It is the best show I've seen since Dynasty. I thought it was filled with drama and comedy...we loved every minute and cannot wait for the next episode ! E is still my favorite channel...after Bravo....sorry. LOVE THE ROYALS

I was excited to see this new show. It took less than 5 minutes to realize it is nothing but a trashy soap opera. The acting is hideous and the scripts are pointless. The two sisters (cousins to the heirs) are ridiculous. Apparently, they are suppose to be funny, but they really just come off as insulting to women's intelligence. The only redeeming character is the King. I cannot believe E! signed this idiotic show up for a second season before getting the public's reviews. I set this show up as a recurring series on my DVR. I deleted the series recording before the show even ended. I won't be watching again.

Using the title "The Royals" is the only way for this ridiculous series to get a second glance. Even though they say it is nothing to do with the real royals, it is so disrespectful to the name "royals". The acting is terrible - typical of
the trashy reality shows - and if, as they say, it is not to be compared to the real royals, then why are the two sisters depicted with red hair and those
silly fascinator hats that we all know about.

Elizabeth Hurley is totally out of character and looks too young to be
in the role of the "queen". I do like her but not as this character. I am offended by this series and hope the REAL Royal Family do not watch this rubbish. Being British, I hate the whole concept - it reminds me of the trashy Kardashians and their foul mouths.
