About 2-3 yrs ago, the trackers were frantic, all over the place in my area in western Pa, their studies had shown supposed huge amounts of gas here. They abruptly closed up shop, the rigs cane down & left. Not so much as they thought. GOOD!
A statewide ban is needed , a good interim step would be protecting the Susquehanna watershed . We should also revalue and localize Pa SRECs ( Solar Renewable Energy Credits ) by requiring their purchase in state only .

Keeping the ban in the Delaware watershed is critical. We know Fracking can neither be done safely nor can the industry regulate itself. This ban should extend to all of Pennsylvania and Governor Tom Wolf should incentivize the transition to clean energy, including wind and solar power.
