You forgot to add the current cruelest character to your list. That would be Luke Spencer from General Hospital. Luke has tried to kill his wife, daughter and niece and refers to his baby grandson in derogatory terms. he is also guilty of many more heinous acts. That being said Victor Newman of Y&R is the all time bad guy on any soap consistently!
