While I like the Metcon, I think a less technical simple WOD could be offered 1-2 days a week for thos people that do like to do the WOD vs just run/row. I also agree that running and rowing coaching would be valuable and more coaching with strength training as a group would be beneficial. For example, working through the clean/snatch progressions as a group before picking up the barbells.

Hey all, i like the formatbutnot sure i think the statement about 400m runs and burpees do not need coaching. I have taken training on both and have learn progressions and more efficient ways of working the less technical movements.
I think it would help if the skills movements would include a progression for the wod movements. Links to the gwod videos on the wod page is a cheap and easy way to make it easy for people looking for tips but leas intrusive way for members that just like the general fitness aspect. Just a thought
