    Course evaluations have value when constructed and used properly. Most importantly course evaluations can be of value to students individually and collectively. I generally don't like to give course evaluations at the end of the course. Although they have value for future groups of students, they don't impact that specific group of students. So, I gave evaluations at midterm in order to institute warranted changes. Students appreciated "me being able to change" and "they being listened to". See...
