Ignoramus: Definition-"a doctor out of his field"! Mr King should stick to writing books. He's very good at it. Leave politics alone.

Might ain't always right it's dangerous especially when supported by little minded people. Any of you supporters see a pattern here? The whole national debt thing is purely political. Reagan never cared about the debt. The feds don't play by the same rules as the rest of us when it comes to money and budgets. Intuitively most of us might think it's not right, after all we have to balance our checkbooks. I would just say it's a fact, deal with it because you're never going to take the time to understand it and stop your whining. You wouldn't want to live the other option.

Lepage is the best gov.this state has had for a long time, maybe of all time. He may not be perfect, his name isn't Jesus, but let him do his work and stop weighing him down with cry babies and system suckers.

I think King has taken a relatively innocent comment made by Le Page and made a mountain out of a molehill. Page should have specified that King spent the winters in Florida...that is all he is guilty of. King, of course, is a Democrat....enough said.

Paul Lepage don't understand the word welfare because right now he is on welfare because he is paid by us (the people of the state of Maine). He is such a big ass he only thinks about himself not the people of Maine. everybody knows that Stephen and Tabitha King has gone beyond the call of duty by spending Millions of Dollars in Taxes and Million of Dollars in donated to a lot of worthy causes. I personal think that Governor Lepage in this last four years in office is trying to ruin the State of Maine. He need to listen to people of Maine and do what they want not what he wants. if he can not do that get your ass out of Maine because we don't need you.

Absolutely LePage should apologize. Don't think he would EVER let someone like Stephen King make a false statement about his life go without a HUGE issue being made about it. He would make sure that it was plastered across every media outlet that what was said was incorrect. He should acknowledge his error, apologize for it and move on. In the future - have all your facts before you open your mouth.

It's a typical LePage move. He will never apologize because he's lacking morals.

How old are they? What grade are they in? Time to grow up! We all get insulted sometimes and we do not demand apologies.

In my opinion Gov. LePage seems to be a lot better at making excuses than apologies.

King needs to get over it already. He sounds like a whiny little kid, "You hurt my feelings, I'm telling on you". Sounds like somebody needs to grow a pair...
