Is Chandra stupid? The only one of her comments that made sense was that it would be harder for West End Residents. You don't have to cross a bridge to get to the new site. Also. jobs would not be lost. If anything they would be created. They are moving the hospital not shutting it down. I can't believe you used her quotes.
