Tow truck companies are the scum of the earth. Don't let them win this one. Anyone who willingly works for them is a vile p.o.s. No crime committed and them releasing this video just further proves how scummy their business practices are.

I think she needs to go to a rodeo and interview some bulls, maybe she will get her teeth knocked out!!!

  • Terry Fincher - 9 years ago

If I see her on any channel again then I will simply change the channel to something else. I do not want some simple minded bitch in my football anyway!

Have you ever had an encounter with a tow lot employee? Not pleasant

  • Amy W - 9 years ago

Maybe when she looses her job "on television" she can get a job as a tow clerk! And if she keeps making comments like that to people some honest worker will probably knock her teeth out and then she can honestly say " if I had a few teeth missing!" Fire her!!! Having a bad day or not she shouldn't treat other people like that just because she was fortunate enough to go to college!!

Everyone has a pissy day at the tow lot. Just because she is "famous" people are making a big deal out of nothing!

you let Berman get away with a profanity laced tirade and you want to fire her check your label at the door terrible organization you're going after a female but you left that male idiot get away with murder

I'm sure she is or hope anyway that she is embarrassed and will see this as a growing experience in maturity. That's my hope. No firing but eat the humble pie.

I'm just amazed at the number of people who believe that Ms. McHenry was justified in calling out the lady at the tow company, she was doing her job and definitely didn't deserve to be ridiculed because of her appearance,,

    She should do porn!

  • Mandoboy - 9 years ago

just two words for her. Bye bitch

If you work for any company you got to represent that company to the fullest in public no matter what the condition is you supposed to be a professional in the view of all people that deal are have interest in that business pretty face or not she should get what coming to her the ones that voting on her side is mostly men because of her pretty face

I think this Miss Mchenry should start by realizing the tow company is doing their job; getting autos out of the way. The person that collects the money is just doing her job, and would probably like to have a quiet shift and not deal with problem customers. Mchenry should just pay the tow and park properly. It is relatively apparent she gets paid to be a PRETTY FACE and speak for ESPN. maybe a public service announcement with her as the victim might be in order. Or getting to watch her tow yard video debut as she reads her employment contract. She has made a name for herself, heres your chance to fly.

She didn't say anything that any of us wanted to say or have said(me) wen we had to go get a car from the tow yard!!!! Quit judging just because she's on TV!!!

  • Sal - 9 years ago

People that work in the towing industry are the absolute worst!! I'm sure she was egged on by the piece of trash that was taking her money. These people make their livings off the backs of actual working Americans that have real jobs. Sure, you shouldn't treat other human beings like that but then again she wasn't talking to one!

By you writing this biased so called article aren't you basically bullying ESPN into firing her? I love how no one knows what started the exchange, or what was said to her first. I'm sorry but what she said back was meant to be derogatory, and that is usually a response to someone, that isn't how you initiate an argument. Get a clue people. No one is calling for the tow truck persons job. People are so quick to try and ruin someones life. One week is fine for punishment.

she should be fired in my opinion , youth of today seem so respectable to others. She went well beyond a nasty remark to downright berating the person completely. Fire her and let her try to work on her manners for a while.

I don't believe she should be fired. Yes, she was extremely rude. Yes, she was degrading. How many of us have been in a situation and reacted poorly? Just the other day someone almost hit me/my car, and they flicked me off and cussed me out. If I caught that on camera, should they be fired from their job? She acted very ugly, but we don't know the whole situation. Was the worker ugly to Brittany? Was the worker rude and degrading? Regardless, in this day and age of technology, everyone is quick to point fingers at those who mess up. Well, look in the mirror, folks. You who are without sin, cast the first stone...

She proves beauty is only skin deep,so cruel and arrogant .Hope she can dig deep and find some happines !

To even think that firing her because a heavily edited video shows her saying some less than nice things is beyond ridiculous. All of the tree huggers that think everyone should love everyone are ruining it. Can't I be an asshole and have a job too? Isn't that within my rights? I say we demand all employers to fire everyone who has ever done something they regret!!! Ridiculous!!

  • gary - 9 years ago

ABSOLUTELY NOT.....the video was edited so how do you know what the lady behind the counter said the BBB has multiple negative reports about that company and specifically about that particular employee. So NO because 97 percent of Americans would have done the same thing.

  • Steven Krehbiel - 9 years ago

Fired...no...publicly humiliated to the point no one wants to see her on TV anymore...yes. It's a slow form of being fired and it is the Capitalists American way...we don't invest in a product that is worthless.

  • kh - 9 years ago

Definitely. You are a direct representation of your employer. Ok, she had a bad day. Simply being rude and making one snide comment I could probably get past. I could buy the whole," I was upset and having a bad day and I'm sorry and i took it out on her" shpiel. She wasn't just rude, though. She was insulting. It wasn't just one nasty comment she made. In succession, it was one undeniably mean insult after the other. She knew what she was doing, she had no problem doing it, and the only reason she issued an apology was to pacify ESPN. She can be forgiven, but most aren't going to forget what a raging Bitch she was. She chose to work in the public eye and she chose to degrade someone, took the time to think about what she was going to say to that person, and now she can be remembered as that person. How many of you have screwed up, messed up your first chance, and had to work crazy hard to earn a second chance? Why should she be any different?

  • Renegade - 9 years ago

i'd like to see the entire video before casting guilt so therefore I would have to vote no. This doesn't mean what she said was classless and in poor taste.

  • kevin - 9 years ago

Yes she should. ESPN has fired many before for their words, this should be no different. At least be consistent ESPN!

  • EMJ - 9 years ago

i don't think she should be fired for what she said, I heard the other lady say something to start the argument and I'm pretty sure the young lady was already disturbed from having her car towed . Ppl calling for her to lose her job over this is crazy. I know many of them would have reacted pretty much the same way in that situation. You're talking about someone's lively hood, this not a game of marbles this someone's life

What she did was bullying plain and simple. I don't care what the other woman said. McHenry said things that made it clear she felt superior and she made it personal. If I see her on ESPN, I won't be thinking about her reporting. I will be thinking about what she said. That's what she has done to herself.
