End Citizen United. Get the dirty money out of politics. It is nothing other then bribery. Stop the criminal Koch brothers and the likes of Sheldon Addison from crupting the system.

Well the only penalty is referral to the office of the Commissioner of Political Practices. That office took another huge budget cut from the legislature. They won't even be able to hire a lawyer to pursue the violators. So as it stands, the effects will be negligible and scofflaws will have their way.
