The death of Derick was the death of the show! He was the show to me. Without him, Grey's is blah! He made the show the success it was. You can't tell me he left willingly; it's all too hush hush. It will never be as good or attain top popularity again.

I am a hopeless romantic. I watch shows like Greys Anatomy in the hopes that thru the trials of life that love conquers all I was an avid watcher of Days of Our Lives for over 4 decades until the super couples started being dropped(thru their choice not like in Patrick Dempseys case) Personally, I have had my carousel rides the most painful is the death of my husband of 42 years - we were so much in love even to the end- so in this make believe world of television I hoped for a happier ending I appreciate what Ellen Pompeo is trying to
achieve I have lost several loved ones most recently in the last three years- two siblings and a husband
I like others have to deal with real life so I watch for happy endings between super couples. To Miss Ellen and the rest of the cast, i apologize- I will not watch anymore Grey's Anatomy
