Do you give your children "mental health" breaks?

I don't believe in coercive education, so they naturally get as many breaks as they choose.

No, life is hard and they need to learn how to work hard and deal with it in order to succeed.

I try to be flexible about when they need breaks, and when they need to push through to make progress.
