Should Georgia make DUI drivers buy bright yellow (or peach!) license plates?

It's great b/c as a driver I'm now aware that the driver has prior issues & I tend to keep my distance keeping me safe from harm.

When I first arrived in Georgia many years ago the AJC published a paper concerning repeat dui offenders that were still driving. Some of those had as high as 17 convictions but we're still able to get their license back. At what point do we say that the individual is a danger to others and warn of when they are on the road?

I'm not sure about the license tags for repeat drunk drivers, It would be okay with me if they had an offense within say the last 3yrs. But I like the idea of sex offenders having a red tag. Their recidivism rates are extremely high. In fact, I think rapists and child molesters should have their offense tattooed across their forehead, and kept as a condition of their parole. That way if a girl gets attacked by one, at least she was warned.
